“The combo’s of
faces you can create on this site are disturbing. It makes
my kids laugh.”
- Marc Ecko
On Jan 1, we launched monoface, a site that allows people to create over 750,000 different faces made up from the facial features of mono employees. The message: “Happy new year from all of us.” In the first three days, the surge in traffic shut down our servers. Within three months, it had gained over 1.8 million views. Accolades have included a Gold One Show Pencil, a Cannes Silver Cyber Lion, a Webby nomination, and 4 million visits to date.
monoface was on the Rachael Ray Show, Yahoo's “The 9,” and published in Taschen's “Guidelines for Online Success.”
4
million visits to date since monoface went live in 2007.

Younicorn. This $0.99 iPhone app, launched with nothing more than a Youtube video, was featured in Creativity, Dwell Magazine, G4’s “Attack of the Show,” Mashable, Gizmodo and made Apple iTunes “What’s Hot” list. Sales on iTunes have hit 13,000 units, and continue to grow. It’s silly. Magical. And now, profitable.
