In 2017, three hurricanes hit American soil in less than one month, creating over $280 billion in damages. Walmart wanted to amplify its corporate donation by enlisting the help of its customers via a 2:1 donation matching campaign. Within a matter of hours, we created emotional films to highlight resilience, optimism, and courage to create a poignant connection between those affected and those who had the power to help.
Through this campaign, Walmart customers raised $15 million in less than 36 hours for hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
